This program is PAID AT THE CLOSING of your home.
Cost of program is only 1% of the gross sales price of your home ($2,000 minimum cost).
CLOSING PROGRAM INCLUDES:
-Handle all negotiations for seller
-Complete all necessary legal forms
-Follow-up on buyer loan commitment
-Schedule & coordinate all inspections
-Negotiate repairs to be completed
-Schedule & followup on all repairs
-Handle earnest money
-Coordinate all closing info with attorney
-Attend closing with or for seller
-Follow-up on disbursement of funds
